About Carmen
Carmen helps uncover the “why” behind health challenges and connects the dots so people can gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their own bodies.
Born in Germany, she developed an early curiosity about the deeper causes behind health, communication, and human behavior. This curiosity led her to study journalism, communication, and homeopathy, and later to work for many years in broadcast media and medical journalism.
During her training as a dental technician, she discovered the connection between teeth, meridians, and organs, which deepened her understanding of the body’s natural healing intelligence.
Her path eventually led her to the teachings of Dr. Edward Group and the Global Healing Institute, where she became a certified Natural Health Coach and a member of his special force, the Gold Team.

Carmen has treeated me in Berlin Germany on a trip she made to Europe this summer. For me it was a great event. She told me about things I have never heard, about toxins and parasites and so much more. So I changed my diet and my behavior and saw first results very quickly. My gut is better ever since and I also lost 15 pounds which feels realyl good because I can move much better. And allthough she was going back to the US we continued the treatments over zoom and email. That worked perfectly for me.

About 6 months ago I went into treatment with Carmen. I went in for chronic gut issues and constant pains. Within these last 6 months Carmen has helped me transform my diet, life, and mental state. She has worked through the physical hurdles of my stomach issues, along with every emotional aspect of this pain. She started by examining and transforming my diet, enlightening me with new perspectives regarding food and what is considered healthy and unhealthy. She then provided me with healthier alternatives and better options for my body, along with detox programs to help me rebuild my strength. After a while we started talking about my mental well being and how calming my body can calm my mind as well. She provided me with meditations, breathing exercises and homeopathic treatment. Her consistency, advice and support throughout these past few months have helped me overcome this issue. She provides a patient with empathy, kindness and understanding while enlightening them to better options of food and thought.
